Refund Policy
1. Free Session — No Payment Required This masterclass is offered free of charge upon registration. As no payment is collected for attendance, no refund is applicable for the free webinar itself.
2. Optional Paid Add-Ons (If Applicable) If you choose to purchase any optional paid add-on associated with this webinar (such as a session recording), the following applies:
- Once payment is made and access/delivery is provided, the purchase is non-refundable, as it involves immediate digital access.
- If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery of a paid add-on you purchased, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it — either by providing proper access or issuing a refund for that specific item.
3. Cancellations Since registration for the free session does not involve payment, there is nothing to cancel or refund. If you registered but are unable to attend, you're welcome to register for a future session instead.
4. Paid Programs Offered During or After the Webinar This webinar may include information about separate paid programs or coaching offered by Dimsand Services. Refunds for any such paid program are governed by that specific program's own Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, shared at the time of purchase — not by this webinar refund policy.
